Staying fit and active while traveling is becoming more and more popular. Personally, fitness is a huge aspect when I go on vacation. Being an outdoor gal, I absolutely love exploring new routes, roads and trails when I’m away. Whether it’s a run followed by yoga along the beach, kayaking on the open sea, biking roads I’ve never been on, or hiking and skiing new mountains; vacation to me is all about fitness and adventure. Of course, I also like to put my feet up, relax and indulge a bit too!
