Sue Parke is an AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, RRCA Certified Run Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. She teaches a wide variety of group exercises classes and trains clients weekly at various different fitness facilities in the north of Boston area. She also leads outdoor bootcamps, small group running sessions and hosts special events at local sporting good stores, breweries and venues. Sue is also an avid runner and marathoner and triathlete.
Aside from her group fitness, run coaching and personal training certifications, she also holds three barre certifications, she’s a level 3 elite spinning instructor, a kids in motion certification and three TRX qualifications. Sue is very passionate about health and fitness and helping others realize their true potential and motivating them to achieve their goals.
Sue is also a singer and 2003 graduate from Boston’s very own Berklee College of Music with a degree in songwriting with a special concentration in voice. She has sung the National Anthem for several local races including The Feaster Five – one of Massachusetts biggest races of the year, the Newburyport Half Marathon, the Stowe, Vermont 8 miler, Seacoast Running Festival in NH, the Earth, Rock, Run Half Marathon and the Jingle Bell Half Marathon in NH.
Sue is married and the mom to two spunky little girls. When she’s not teaching classes and training clients she enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, traveling and participating in local fitness events.
