Last winter I started hearing that having a photo booth at weddings were the all new rave. I have a few friends who have done it and after officially attending a wedding with a photo booth this summer I was 100% sold. I started looking at different photo booth companies as soon as we got engaged and I finally found a great company who not only provided the best price, but also mailed me a bunch of different samples that were fantastic quality. I think it’s a great added feature for our guests (and us!) as everyone will get a copy of their pictures plus we can request props to make them that much more fun and interesting. Damon and I will also be provided with a memory book of all the pictures and a CD with all the pictures. My mom told me last week that she wanted to pay for the photo booth which was an awesome surprise and added bonus! I showed her all the samples and she loved the idea. She also knows how much I love photography and knew how much I wanted it. We are both really excited at how our wedding plans are coming along. It’s also really nice that Damon has been helping 100%. Last week he put together a “wedding folder” to organize all our venue/vendor stuff and created two Google documents, one for our wedding guest list and one for our a music playlist. So many people tell me it’s the brides responsibility to plan the wedding, but this is our wedding, not my wedding and I’m so happy it will be a mix of the things we both want and love. We are enjoying being engaged and doing this together as a team! And we do make a pretty fantastic team! 😉
