I love cooking, experimenting and being innovative in my kitchen. Admittedly, I hate following recipes to a T, and I hate measuring every little thing – I’m a big “eyeballer!” I almost always modify the ingredients in any given recipe to be healthier, more appealing and flavorful. I also rarely make the same meal the same way twice because I love creating different unique versions, and I’m constantly perfecting my dishes.
In early January of this year, I decided to carve out a section of my blog dedicated to food because I receive a lot of requests from friends and followers every time I post “foodporn” pictures on Facebook and Instagram. As with the rest of my blog, this section continues to evolve with me.
