As part of the ambassador team for The North Face, I get asked to join in a variety of campaigns. I’ve been really excited about their current one, #QuestionMadness, because it allowed me to do more than just share a photo, but to tap into my creative writing side a bit. To check it out, keep on readin’ on!
“Why live a life that’s perceived as mad? There’s something incredibly liberating about the great outdoors that makes me feel limitless. Like I have no boundaries and anything is possible. I’m constantly inspired by the world around me and the natural beauty it has to offer.
I’d rather play in the mud and dirt with my family then hibernate inside. I’d rather run at 5am on any given morning watching the sun rise and world waking up then stay in bed. I’d rather climb mountains then skyscrapers, because the view at the top is so much more authentic and rewarding. I’d rather kayak across the ocean and feel the current test and push my strength then take a speedboat. I’d rather frolic in freshly falling snow with the blustery day at my fingertips then watch it from a window.
So why life a life that’s perceived as mad? Because it makes life is happy and exciting, and I’d never miss a chance to explore and expand my boundaries, and discover my true potential outside.
Find some inspiration or join in the campaign and tell us, “Why do you live a life that’s perceived as mad?” #QuestionMadness
