Did you know the average person consumes 6,000 calories on Christmas day? Yikes! And did you know the average woman has to sweat for over 12 hours just to burn that off? Double yikes!
The holidays can be a tough time of year to stay on track with our health and fitness goals. Between indulging in one too many sweet treats at holiday soirée’s to missing daily workouts during the hustle and bustle of the season, it’s easy to fall out of our active routine and healthy lifestyle. But the good news is we can still enjoy the season without totally sabotaging our diet or becoming inactive.
