It’s summertime, the heat is at an all time high and all I want is ice cream! But, if I were to eat ice cream everyday, I’d never get this pregnancy weight off. Here’s a delicious smoothie I love to whip up to help satisfy my sweet tooth without all the unwanted fat and calories of ice cream.
- 1 small frozen banana
- 1/2 cup mango
- 1 cup of frozen unsweetened mixed berries
- 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup of cold water
- 1/2 cup of crushed ice
