It’s finally Friday, and I don’t know about the rest of you, but I am thrilled to be on the brink of the weekend with some much needed R&R in sight after the incredibly busy week I’ve had. Today I’m excited to share some health and fitness facts from my friends over at Runtastic. They put put together another cool infographic and I thought it was only fitting to save it for “Fit Tip Friday!” For example, did you know that exercise can lower your risk of depression by 30%? This is just one of the many reasons to get up and get your body moving!
